I like to set my days in a few different ways. When I have to go out early in the morning, I listen to encouraging YouTube videos while I drive. I also like to take a little time to read and journal. It doesn't always happen but I'm getting more and more consistent. And it definitely makes a huge difference in the way the rest of my day goes. I also like to find play soft background music with a nice screensaver while I'm doing this.
